Services built around how Uganda builds

Capabilities

Specific trades, managed as one build

Each service below is grounded in the work a Kampala construction site actually needs. The images are free stock placeholders and will be replaced with verified Jimcan project photography.

Commercial Concrete & Foundations

We set out, excavate, reinforce and pour foundations for commercial buildings and larger residential structures. Site work is checked against approved drawings before each concrete stage proceeds.

Structural Steel & Roofing Frames

We coordinate steelwork, timber trusses and roof framing to suit the approved structural design. Our teams install roofing systems with proper falls, flashings and drainage details.

Site & Project Management

Our supervisors coordinate labour, materials, deliveries and subcontractors against a working programme. Clients receive clear progress updates and early notice when a decision affects cost or timing.

Interior Finishing & Joinery

We coordinate ceilings, tiling, doors, fitted cabinetry and final fixtures as one finishing programme. Each room is checked for defects before the client walkthrough and handover.

Renovation & Structural Repairs

We assess existing walls, slabs, roofs and services before recommending repairs or alterations. Work can be phased to keep occupied homes, offices or shops operating where practical.

Architectural Drafting & Approvals

We prepare practical drawings, coordinate structural information and guide approval submissions before work begins. This gives the site team a confirmed scope instead of a moving target.

View Work

Electrical & Plumbing Rough-In

We coordinate conduits, pipework, drainage and service penetrations before walls and ceilings are closed. Trades are sequenced with the structural and finishing teams to avoid costly rework.

Painting, Waterproofing & Maintenance

We apply protective coatings, resolve roof and terrace water entry, and complete planned maintenance work. Materials are selected for exposure, drainage conditions and the demands of daily use.
