  • Project property location (district, plot number, or physical coordinates in Uganda)
  • Architectural blueprints, site sketches, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and budget allocations

1.3 How We Use Your Information

Information provided is used strictly to:

  • Prepare accurate project estimates, structural calculations, and costed BOQs
  • Coordinate site inspections and feasibility studies across Uganda
  • Execute civil, residential, and commercial building contracts
  • Comply with regulatory obligations under the National Building Review Board (NBRB) and local municipal authorities

1.4 Confidentiality of Architectural Plans

All client architectural drawings, structural calculations, and commercial budgets shared with Jimcan Construction remain strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your proprietary drawings or contact data to third parties.

2. Terms of Service & Project Engagements

2.1 Estimates & Quotations

Preliminary estimates generated from initial brief discussions are informational indicators. Formal construction contracts are governed by finalized architectural drawings, structural engineering approvals, and an agreed-upon Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

2.2 Quality Assurance & Standards

In accordance with our founding motto, "Quality is our pride", all civil works, concrete casting, steel fabrication, and finishes adhere to the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) and the Building Control Act specifications.
